Indecent Exposure Arrest

Release Date/Time: 8/16/2021 12:47 PM Over the past week officers have received calls of a male exposing himself to elderly women in the south Salinas area of Woodside St., Iverson St., Sierra Drive and Grove St. During the investigation it was learned that the suspect would ask the women for directions to Salinas High and then expose himself. Last Saturday, officers were able to locate and arrest the suspect, Fortino Banda III (26), for indecent exposure, a picture of the vehicle he was driving is attached. Since his arrest, additional victims have come forward. Fortino was booked in county jail on indecent exposure charges. The investigation is ongoing.
