The Salinas Police Department, in conjunction with the California Highway Patrol and the California State Automobile Association (AAA), will be honoring officers who have excelled in the area of recovering stolen automobiles. The annual "10851" Awards Ceremony will be held at the City Hall Rotunda, 200 Lincoln Avenue, Salinas, California at 10:30am on June 4, 2008. The number "10851" stands for the California Vehicle Code section assigned to stolen vehicles. The eighteen Salinas Police Officers receiving awards are Joel Anaya, Daniel Burde, Richard Diaz, Oscar Dydasco, Trevor Elordi, Dale Fors, Byron Gansen, Jason Gates. Gabriel Gonzales, Patrick Haney, Son Nghiem, Louis Plunkett II, Kim Robinson, Rodolfo Romero, Raul Rosales, Ian Titus, Robert VanBlarcom, and Robert Zuniga. |
