Release Date/Time: 12/29/2012 11:16 AM The victim (24) years old, a pizza delivery driver pulled along side a red mustang when the right front passenger turned and "mad-dogged" him while reaching under the seat. The victim sensed something bad was going to happen and quickly drove into the parking lot of the Quick Stop at Laurel & Natividad. The suspect vehicle made a left turn onto Bolero and the victim assumed it was safe to leave the parking lot. Once the victim pulled out of the lot he observed the original passenger from the mustang standing in the intersection of Bolero & Laurel with a hand gun. The suspect fired four to five shots at the victim striking his vehicle several times. The victim was not struck and described the shooter as a Hispanic male adult wearing a gray sweatshirt and beenie. The suspect vehicle was described as a red late 90's model mustang.
