The 16year old female victim was walking northbound Riker Street approaching Geil Street while listening to headphones. The suspect approached from behind her and rolled down the passenger side window. As he paralleled her he tried to entice her to get into his vehicle. She ignored him so he repeated his request. When she reached Geil Street she ran toward South Main Street. The victim lost sight of the suspect vehicle and believes that the suspect continued northbound on Riker. The suspect was described as hispanic male adult in his 60's. He was light skinned with brown hair and glasses. His vehicle was described as boxy style older Jeep Cherokee, 4dr, teal in color with yellow faded headlights and a partial CA plate of "6V_ _ _ _ _".
