Incident: Armed Robbery Arrest

Officers responded to an armed robbery in the area of N. Madeira Ave at E. Market St. The victim (30) reported he had been robbed of his cell phone and wallet at knife point. In the process, the victim had been knocked to the ground and he was held at knife point by one suspect as another removed his belongings. The third suspect stood by. The three suspects then fled the area driving off in a blue Chevy Tahoe. The victim called police who went to the area where the crime occurred and as they initiated the investigation the suspect vehicle drove by.

Officers immediately followed the vehicle, stopped it and detained the three occupants. They were identified as Moises Valdez (18), Manuel Andrade (18) and the driver Francisco Zepeda (18). All three suspects were positively identified as the suspects who had committed the robbery.

All three were booked into county jail on charges of armed robbery, conspiracy and gang enhancements.
