Release Date/Time: 1/14/2010 2:35 AM A 19 year old Hispanic male was walking into an appartment comlex in the 800 Block of Rider Ave. when two Hispanic males approached him. One of the two males shot at the victim 7 to 8 times. The suspects then fled by jumping over a fence onto Acosta Plaza. The victim was shot once on his buttocks and another bullet grazed his right calf. Although medical staff did not consider the victim's wound to be life-threatening, there was a potential for vacular damage and therefore he was flown to a bay area hospital.
