The victim was walking through Central Park and was preparing to cross Park Street when a black Honda Accord passed by. The passenger, unknown description, leaned out of the window and fired several rounds at the victim. The victim was struck in the left knee and sustained a through and through wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment and his wound is not life-threatening. The suspect and vehicle drove off on Homestead toward W. Market Street.
