Location: 400 Block of Calaveras Drive

The victim was in the driveway of a residence in the 400 Block of Calaveras Drive when a Blue Plymouth Van drove by. A passenger of the van fired several gunshots at the victim. None of the bullets struck the victim, but the victim was cut by broken glass. The suspect was described as a light skinned Hispanic male adult, with a thin build and black slick hair, wearing a black hoodie sweater. The Van had solid yellow paper plates and tinted windows.
