Officers responded to a call of a shooting in the 0-100 block of Magnolia. Officers arrived and located a male victim (23) who had been shot multiple times. The victim was struck once in each arm and once in the abdomen, he was flown to a Bay area hospital for treatment. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening.

The investigation revealed the victim had been standing near a parked vehicle talking to a friend when a silver colored two door vehicle drove by. A short time later, the same vehicle came back slowed down and asked the victim where he was from. One of the occupants fired several gunshots out of the vehicle towards the victim wounding him. 

A nearby residence was also struck several times but nobody was injured.

Investigation continues.
