Incident: Attempted Homicide -Update

Location: 200 block of Katherine St.

On Sunday 12-09-2012, at approximately 3:22 A.M., officers responded to a call of a stabbing in the 200 block of Katherine St. with two possible victims being transported to the hospital by family members. The two victims had been involved in an altercation with several other people, possibly over gang affiliation.

Officers contacted two male victims at the hospital both suffering from multiple stab wounds to their upper torso. Their condition is serious but stable and it does not appear to be life threatening.

The ongoing investigation had developed the identity of two suspects who fled the area when this incident occurred.

Francisco Thomas Perez (24), a Hispanic male adult with black hair, brown eyes, 5’6” , 145 lbs. and Joe Hernandez Navarrette Jr.(26), a Hispanic male adult with black hair, brown eyes, 5’9”, 210 lbs. (Photos attached)

Both suspects are wanted and arrestable for attempted homicide.
