The Salinas Police Officer involved in the vehicle pursuit of Abraham Ramirez, 27, and his passenger Gabriel Zapata, 37, on 6-10-09, at 10:25 PM was Sergeant Vincent Maiorana. Sergeant Maiorana has been employed by the Salinas Police Department since 1990.
