Release Date/Time: 12/18/2012 10:20 PM The victim, a 30 year-old male, was in front of his residence when he saw an older model white or tan Honda Accord drive slowly up the street and almost stop in front of his residence. The right rear passenger got out of the vehicle. The victim said he knew what was going to happen so he took cover. The suspect fired several shots at him, missing him. The house was hit by one of the rounds that went through the front window and lodged into the wall of the front room. It appeared to be a large caliber round. The room was occupied by the victim's 8 year old son, and 27 year old wife. They were not injured. The shooter got back inside the car and the vehicle sped off on Oregon towards Sanborn Rd.
