Release Date/Time: 1/10/2012 2:10 PM Employees were inside the store when the suspect approach the front door. As the suspect approached he pulled a black ski mask down over his face. The suspect pulled on the door and found that it was still locked. The suspect saw the employees looking at him and fled southbound on Larkin. No gun was seen, but the suspect's actions were indicative of a robbery attempt. Suspect was described as a white male, 5'10" wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans and black ski mask. Any body who may have witnessed the crime or the suspect fleeing is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department at 831-758-7321 or the anonymous tip-line at 831-758-7273 or We-Tip at 1-800-78-CRIME.
