Release Date/Time: 12/22/2011 6:49 PM The victim located his stolen 1993 Nissan Sentra in the above parking lot. Officers arrived and found the car occupied by five juveniles; three 16 year old males, one 15 year old male and one 14 year old female. The 16 year old male driver also had a shaved key in his pocket. The other two 16 year old males were on probation with full gang terms and one of them had a felony warrant for drug and stolen property charges. All five were arrested and taken to the PD. Upon completing the investigation officers released the 15 year old male and 14 year old female without charges. The 16 year old driver was booked into juvenile hall for auto theft and possession of burglary tools.
