While an officer was taking the report for a stolen '95 Oldsmobile Cutlas, another officer spotted it at E. Market and Sherwood. The officer followed the stolen vehicle waiting for a cover unit. Prior to the cover arriving the suspect, Julio Magana (38), pulled over. When back-up units arrived Magana was arrested without incident. During a search of the vehicle officers located several shaved keys and a replica pistol. Magana was booked for the above charges.
