Release Date/Time: 1/27/2010 7:13 PM Raul Tapia, 31 yrs., drove Dominic Garcia 32 yrs., to Target and dropped him off in the front. Garcia went into the store and stole a television and fled out the back door to a waiting car driven by Tapia. Target officials contacted police and information on the suspect vehicle was broadcasted to other police officers. Coincidently, a Motorcycle Officer had stopped Tapia's vehicle because it had almost hit him. The Motor Officer heard the broadcast concerning the theft of the television and observed the television in the backseat of the car. Tapia was eventually arrested and lodged at the County Jail for Burglary and Conspiracy. Garcia had committed several crimes over the past weeks and was wanted for two vehicle pursuits, several cases of fraud, a burglary, and stolen vehicle.
