Release Date/Time: 8/12/2010 9:10 AM The Santa Cruz Market received a counterfeit check from a suspect later identified as Hector Moncada (Age 32). Officers went to Moncada's residence and arrested him. During a search of his person, Moncada told Officers he had drugs in his pant pocket. Officers found 2.4 grams of meth and a meth pipe.
