Release Date/Time: 12/21/2012 9:20 PM The victim, a 20 year-old male, was sitting in his gray, 1994 Nissan Sentra, at the above location. He heard a knock at his window. He turned to see the suspect pointing a rifle at him (possible shotgun). The suspect spoke to him in Spanish and ordered him to the passenger's side of the vehicle. The suspect struck him in the face with the butt of the rifle. The suspect got into the vehicle with the victim in the passenger's seat and drove off. The suspect dropped the victim off at the corner of John St. at Sanborn Rd. The victim suffered a minor injury to his face. The victim walked back to the Burger King and borrowed a phone to call police. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 20's, 5'3, 140, black hoodie, and jeans, with a black hat. Officers attempted to locate witnesses and found a person who saw a male matching that description, try to open a car door to a vehicle that was stopped in the drive thru of the Burger King just prior to this incident.
