Release Date/Time: 1/24/2012 4:45 PM On 1/18/12, officers responded to Natividad Medical Center on the report of a possible child molestation. The 7 year-old female victim said that on mulitple occasions she was inappropriately touched by her neighbor, Eriberto Regalado (age 22). Regalado would touch the victim whenever she came over to his apartment to play video games with his younger relatives. The case was sent to the detective unit for further investigation. Today, Regalado was interviewed and subsequently arrested without incident. He was booked in Monterey County Jail for various child molestation charges. At this time, it is unknown if there are other victims.
