Release Date/Time: 1/25/2010 10:09 AM Andrew Ramirez (Age 27), was driving on Columbine Street towards Heather Drive when he failed to negotiate the turn. He drove up over the curb and into a house. After examining the damage, he got back into his car and drove off. Ramirez continued driving and struck two other parked vehicles. Salinas Police Officers observed the second vehicle collision, and were able to take Ramirez into custody. Ramirez's blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit. Ramirez is currently on parole and a search revealed that he was also in possession of a small amount of cocaine.
