Release Date/Time: 8/9/2010 1:30 PM Violence Suppression Unit Officers were driving in the 1700 Block of Humboldt Drive when they observed a male and female involved in a physical altercation. The male, Carlos Amezcua (Age 25), was seen punching the female causing her to fall to the ground. Amezcua also took a couple more swings at the female and then attempted to kick her while she was on the ground. Officers arrested Amezcua without incident.
