Release Date/Time: 7/14/2010 9:26 AM The Monterey County Probation Department called to report that Charles Gutierrez ( Age 18), was currently at a residence in the 500 Block of Santa Maria Street. Gutierrez is a gang member and on probation for gun charges. Last week, Gutierrez ran out the back of the residence when probation officers arrived to arrest him. Today, Salinas PD officers surrounded the house and Gutierrez was arrested without incident. Gutierrez was booked into the Monterey County Jail for violation of probation.
