Incident: Hebbron St. Homicide Update

The homicide victim from the shooting on Hebbron St. which occurred on Monday, January 7th at approximately 9:09 PM has been identified as Jose Moris Serrano Morales (22) of Salinas. Morales was found on Hebbron St suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. Morales was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Citizens had reported hearing several gunshots and immediately after the shooting a male individual wearing dark clothing was seen running from the area. It has not been determined if this homicide is gang related.
