On July 28, 2010 at approximately 9:00 a.m., officers were in the lower Soledad Street area conducting a patrol sweep when they heard a voice asking for assistance. Officers responded to the intersection of Bridge Street and Lake Street and located a 25-year-old male victim suffering from a stab wound to his neck. The victim had a large amount of blood on him and AMR was called.

The victim told officers he had been stabbed by a female acquaintance. At about the same time, we received a 911 call from the female acquaintance calling in that she and the victim had been in a domestic dispute.  Officers responded to her residence, located in the 100 block of N.
