Seven minutes after the call on Capitol Street, Officers were again dispatched to a report of shots fired with victims down in the street. Upon arrival, Officers located two juveniles suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both subjects were transported to area hospitals with life threatening injuries. Later in the evening, we were advised that one of the subjects had died as a result of his injuries. The second subject remains in critical condition. Witnesses described seeing a subject in a dark colored sweatshirt fleeing the scene on foot towards Main Street immediately after the shooting.
