Release Date/Time: 1/22/2012 10:30PM Officers responded to the under 100 block of N. Felice St. for a report a victim of a shooting. They found Jose Almaraz Hernandez, 21, deceased in the roadway with gunshot wounds to the head. Witnesses reported seeing a light-colored minivan fleeing the area immediately after the shots were fired. The make and model of the minivan is not known. This is the city's second homicide of the year and is being investigated as gang-related.
