Officers responded to a victim of a shooting in the parking lot of 914 Acosta Plaza. When they arrived they found a forty seven year old male who was unconscious and not breathing.  The victim had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene.  At this time, we do not have a motive for the homicide as the victim is not gang affiliated.  People in the area reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing an eighteen to twenty three year old male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, running from the area immediately after the shots were fired.
