On September 1, 2010, at approximately 4:10 pm, officers were called to the 700 blk of Carmelita Dr. on the report of suspicious circumstances. Neighbors and co-workers of Mark Hafen, 58 years old, were concerned because they had not seen or heard from him since Friday, August 27th at about 9pm.
