Release Date/Time: 1/18/2012 1:49 PM The victim of the homicide that occurred yesterday near the area of Market Way and Soledad St. has been identified as 47 year-old Billy Idris Rajah Jr. Rajah was homeless and utilized the services provided in the lower Soledad St. area. Rajah's family has been notifed of his death. Adnan Nijmeddin, age 54, has been booked into Monterey County Jail on one count of Murder for intentionally running over Rajah with his vehicle.
