Release Date/Time: 12/12/2012 2:09 PM Officers responded to a call of a man exposing himself at the Transit Center located in the 100 block of Salinas St. When SPD officers arrived, security officers and employees directed them to Daniel Johnson (51) who was very agitated and threatening to employees and by standers. Johnson refused to obey their commands and became combative as officers attempted to place him in custody. After a brief struggle he was taken into custody. Johnson, who is on parole, was transported to county jail and booked on charges of indecent exposure, resisting arrest and violation of parole. Release Authorized by: Officer Miguel Cabrera |
