Release Date/Time: 8/9/2010 12:43 PM Officers were sent to the area of King Street and Roosevelt regarding protitution activity. When officers arrived, they saw Janae Nicole Jones (Age 24) talking to two males in a vehicle. At the same time, Mekia Franklin (Age 19) and another female walked away. Officers had previously warned Franklin about loitering in the area. A records check of Franklin revealed she had an arrest warrant out of San Jose for prostitution and Jones was found to be on probation and prohibited from being in the area.
