Incident: Lower Soledad Sweep

Officers conducted a foot patrol sweep in the lower Soledad Street area. During the sweep, several individuals were contacted. The following individuals were arrested:

1. Robert Sexton (Age 45), was walking in the roadway in front of Dorothy's Kitchen and looking very suspicious. When officers attempted contact with Sexton, he ran. After a short foot pursuit he was taken into custody on California Street near the Buddhist Temple. Sexton was found to be a parolee-at-large, in possession of base Cocaine, Heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

2. Raul Ortiz (Age 47), was contacted near Lake Street and Soledad Street. Ortiz was found to have a misdemeanor warrant.

3. Ann Clayton (Age 54), was contacted in the area of 36 Soledad Street. Clayton had two felony warrants.

4. Michael Younger (Age 51), was contacted in the area of 36 Soledad Street. Younger was on probation, and arrested for having rock cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
