The Monterey County Joint Gang Task Force Steering Committee will be holding a press conference on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the rotunda at Salinas City Hall. The news conference is intended to provide an overview of all task force activity for 2009 with additional information concerning its 5 years of operation. Speakers will include Monterey County District Attorney Dean Flippo, Sheriff Mike Kanalakis, Chief Louis Fethetolf, Mayor Dennis Donohue and Supervisor Fernando Armenta.
