Release Date/Time: 11/21/2009 2:13 PM A patrol sergeant was checking the parking lot of the Motel 6 for suspicious activity when he came upon Zachary McGee (19) who was sitting in a parked car in the lot. McGee was smoking marijuana and working on a laptop computer. Once out of the car, over an ounce of marijuana was found in the car. Upon further investigation, it was discovered McGee had placed an ad on "Craigslist' advertising the services of a 23 year old female. When the female was contacted in a room, it was determined that she had become involved in prostitution for McGee and Mcgee had directed her activities. The victim was required to give McGee the proceeds from the prositution activity or suffer retaliation. McGee was taken to jail and charged with pimping as well as a possessing marijuana.
