Incident: Possession of Marijuana for Sales/ Parole Violation

The  Narcs Unit conducted a stop on Bulmaro Lopez (29), a known parolee gang member. Lopez was detained and a subsequent parole search conducted at the North Main Street address. Benigno Sanchez (28), was contacted at the residence. A search revealed a small amount of cocaine in Lopez' bedroom and approximately 1 1/2 lbs of marijuana, packaging material and scales in the kitchen cabinets. Sanchez claimed ownership of the marijuana, which he claims to distribute for medical purposes. Both were booked in County Jail.
