Release Date/Time: 11/26/2012 12:46 PM Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Delatorre St. The driver, identified as Felix Galloso (20) was unlicensed and arrested. A subsequent search revealed, Galloso had a replica pellet pistol in his waistband and he was also in possession of methamphetamine for sale.
