Incident: Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, Violation of Probation

Monterey County Gang Task Force Officers were working in the unincorporated area of Pajaro when they saw a subject in the parking lot of the Quick Stop at 1 Porter Road. The subject, Bryan Jones (Age 28), was standing in the doorway of his parked car. Contact was made with Jones, a gang member, and a records check revealed him to be on probation with a search and seizure waiver. A search of his car revealed over 10 grams of methamphetamine and associated paraphernalia. Jones was booked at the Monterey County Jail for a variety of drug related charges as well as violation of his probation.
