Incident: Robbery, Attempted Robbery
Report #: 10-010592, 10-010647
Date: Wednesday, 1/13/2010
Time: 3:55 PM
Location: 417 N. Main St. (Shell Gas Station)

The suspect, Dylon Thomas Conlan (Age 19), went into the Shell Gas Station and demanded money from the clerk. Conlan simulated having a handgun underneath his shirt. A second clerk appeared from the back and demanded to see the gun and told Conlan he too had a gun. Conlan immediately ran out of the store and fled in a Black & Gray Jeep Cherokee. Officers were able to develop a partial plate, and with that, identify a possible suspect vehicle and Conlan as a potential suspect. Officers went to Conlan's residence where they located Conlan, who upon seeing officers, immediately ran. After a short pursuit, Conlan was arrested. Conlan was later positively identified as the suspect in this attempted robbery.Conlan was also identified as the suspect of the robbery that occured there the day prior (1/12/10).

Unrelated to the case, a male juvenile (Age 17), also saw the officers when they arrived at Conlan's residence, and ran. He too was detained. The juvenile was determined not to be related to these robberies, but a records check showed that he had an outstanding arrest warrant for yet a different robbery.
