Release Date/Time: 12/23/2012 4:33 PM Rosendo Lopez (24), a Salinas resident, was arrested for the sexual assault of a college girl in Las Vegas. Salinas PD detectives wrote and served a search warrant on behalf of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. During the service of the search warrant, evidence was seized connecting Lopez to the sexual assault. Lopez is currently in the Monterey County Jail awaiting extradition to Las Vegas.
