Release Date/Time: 11/3/2008 9:32 PM The victim, 23, was in the victim's residence when the victim heard several shots in front of the house. The victim saw a tan 90's 2-dr Honda Accord with 2 males driving slowly by the house. We were called and discovered several bullet casings in the street.
