A Salinas Police Officer stopped a white Honda CRX for traveling 75 mph on Natividad Rd.  He discovered the license plates did not correspond to the vehicle and had been reported stolen.  Further investigation revealed the Honda was stolen from the Los Angeles area.  The driver, Jose Herrera (23), was arrested and booked into the Monterey County Jail.
