Release Date/Time: 12/20/2012 8:37 AM SPD officer had just documented a police report on Honda stolen from Orchard Ave. The vehicle information was forwarded to other officers who immediately started to make an area check for it. Violence Suppression Unit officers observed the vehicle driving in the area of Cari Ct. and Atlantic Ave. A high risk stop was made on the stolen vehicle and the driver and sole occupant was taken into custody without incident. The driver of the stolen vehicle was identified as Cesar Hernandez (19) who was later transported to county jail and booked on the listed charge. Release Authorized by: Officer Miguel Cabrera |
