Incident: Suspicious Death

Location: 700 Block of Carmelita Drive

At approximately 4:00 pm officers responded to a residence in the 700 block of Carmelita Drive to conduct a welfare check on an adult male. The welfare check was requested by co-workers of the male based on his failure to show up to work.

Officers arrived at the residence and did not get a response at the door. As officers looked into the residence, they saw a male subject inside that was unresponsive. Officers made entry into the residence and confirmed it was the missing adult male and that he was deceased.

Detectives were called to conduct the investigation and are treating the death as suspicious.
