Incident: Vehicle Pursuit, Parole Violation

Officers attempted to stop a vehicle at the above location for driving without activated taillamps. The driver of the vehicle, Justin Stillwell (Age 30), did not yield and a pursuit was initiated. Stillwell eventually pulled into the parking lot of Heald College and continued to attempt to evade officers in the parking lot. Stillwell came to a stop and then fled on foot. Stillwell was eventually found laying down in some ivy and was taken into custody.

Stillwell was found to be on parole and he was transported to the Monterey County jail where he was booked for the vehicle pursuit and parole violation.
