Release Date/Time: 3/17/2008 10:43 AM Sonja Lambert, age 33, was walking along West Laurel Drive near Legion Alley when she ran across West Laurel Drive directly in the path of a SUV. The SUV struck Lambert, causing her to land on the westbound #2 lane. A vehicle travelling in this lane came to a stop, but did make contact with her. She received major injuries and was flown to a bay area hospital. The investigation is continuing. If you witnessed the accident, you are asked to call (831) 758-7250.
